🚫 Order Cancellation:
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
✔️ We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.
✔️ For COD orders, refusal to accept the package may lead to restrictions on future purchases.
4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
✔️ We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
✔️ Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
✔️ The customer must return the product at their own expense as we do not offer reverse pickup.
✔️ Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed directly to the original payment method.
✔️ Refunds for COD orders require the customer to share bank details for the transfer.

- No refund or exchange will be accepted without an unboxing video showing the package opening with a clear view of the shipping label & order ID.
- The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
